Dynamix Sport Projects worked with Visit Victoria and Signature Sport to manage the launch of the 2018 Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race. The launch involved an official announcement by the Honourable John Eren MP, the Deakin University Vice Chancellor Jane den Hollander and Cadel Evans, followed by a media activation. The activation was a match race up the “Challambra Climb” involving Cadel Evans, Phil Anderson, Steve Bracks and two young local riders.

- sourced local suppliers – fencing, catering, AV, Drones
- sourced local crowd
- created safety management plan
- created wet weather contingency plan
- produced running sheets & MC notes
