Basketball Australia engaged Dynamix Sports Projects a consultancy group with a wealth of experience in the Sporting Schools program and NSO capability. DSP worked with Basketball Australia in three phases:
- Evaluate
- Develop
- Implementation
The projects objective was to develop Basketball Australia’s capacity to effectively manage the delivery of Sporting Schools.
The projects benefits were:
- Increased capacity to produce and implement innovation strategies aimed at delivering more Sporting Schools programs at a higher level, including:
- Media and communications, including digital media;
- Coach and curriculum development;
- Program Evaluation and customer service
- Enhanced relationships with Associations and State/Territory organisations through greater staff accessibility and shorter response times
- The provision of plans, templates, and collateral to support SSAs in promoting sporting schools and providing excellent experiences in schools and linkages between the school and the Associations.
